So far, it has sold 1,825,773 copies in digital downloads and peaked at number 3 on the US iTunes Top 100. It has been certified Platinum by the RIAA.

“With You” has reached number-one on Billboard charts, Hot 100 Airplay, Pop 100 Airplay and Rhythmic Top 40, as well as the ARC Weekly Top 40 and iLike Profiles: Most Added and Libraries: Most Added. In the issued dated March 29, 2008, “With You” was the most-added song by iLike users into their iTunes or Windows Media Library.

On the United World Chart, the song debuted at number thirty-three with the issued dated January 12, 2008 and was the highest debut of that week. It reached number-six on the chart and has remained in the top forty for twenty eight weeks so far.
